What Programs Do You Teach?
We teach the Canadian Red Cross preschool (starfish-whale), swim kids (levels 1-10) and adult lessons as well as stroke improvement. If you need help finding which level to register in, please refer to the red cross swim guide which will give you the proper guidance to choose a level. If the swimmer has never taken swimming lessons before and you are unsure of their level, there will be an evaluation on the first day to determine the proper level for your swimmer.
Do I Need to be at a Certain Athletic Level to train in your program?
No, Dive In Swim School is able to train every level of swimmer from beginner to advanced! We are able to individualize our private lessons to your personal needs so you can get the most out of your time!
It’s Raining! Do I Still Attend my Lesson?
Weather is unpredictable and we operate at outdoor pools so sometimes, there will be unsafe conditions to teach. In this case, you will be contacted by phone or email and the lesson will be canceled and moved to the same time Friday of the same week.
I Can’t Make My Scheduled Lesson! What Should I do?
We ask that you give us notice as soon as possible whenever you are unable to attend a lesson! We will offer a date to reschedule the lesson missed, which will most likely be Friday of that same week!
Unfortunately as we are fully booked by the start of summer, lesson sessions and slots are final. The deposits to confirm your spot are non-refundable upon cancellation.
What Temperature is Our Pool Kept at?
Our Pool Will Always Have a Temperature of 80°C or higher!
